Our most bold and flavoursome cacao blend yet, made of 100% dark chocolate only – no sugar. The best cacao beans – 37 beans per cup, blended and refined locally, creating new and deliciously pure tastes.

Preparation:
HOT ITALIAN CACAO – milk based desert style drink
- Heap 5 heaped teaspoons (31g) of drinking cacao to a saucepan, add 200ml of milk of your choice, + sugar (optional).
- Heat on high heat, constantly stirring with a whisk until boiling (you should see the milk bubble and rise).
- Cool down to 65 degrees Celsius.
- Let hygge begin!
CACAOXPRESSO – water based drinking cacao shot
- Heap 3 heaped teaspoons (15g) of drinking cacao to a saucepan, add 90ml of milk of warm water, + sugar (optional).
- Heat on high heat, constantly stirring with a whisk until boiling (you should see the water bubble and rise).
- Cool down to 65 degrees Celsius.
- Let hygge begin!
Alternatives:
If using a plant-based milk, we recommend macadamia or oat milk.
We encourage traditional whisking over the stove, however, a barista-type steamer can speed up preparation time.
